Life Technologies Conference
Data System

A bespoke lead-capture system used at science conferences and technical lectures, to collect attendee data for sales follow-up, and event ROI.
Observing how the clients conference team worked in the field, I continually improved the app and adopted new hardware to streamline the data collection. Throughout those changes, the core goals were: keep the tool fast, make it easy for staff to use, and create an experience that reflected Life Technologies’ brand and customer-facing standards.

Toyota Electronic Data Capture RFP

Concept development, system design, and authorship of the RFP proposal for a unified lead capture and attendee engagement platform supporting Toyota’s experiential marketing programs.

My role combined UX strategy, interface design, and technical communication. I worked closely with account and development teams to map user journeys for field staff and administrators, define functional requirements, and create wireframes and interface prototypes that demonstrated how the platform would streamline event operations. The system prioritized ease of use in live event environments, with reliable offline functionality, fast attendee lookup, and secure data transfer to Toyota’s CRM.

Stella McCartney Pop windows for Sephora

Design and visualization of Stella McCartney POP window displays for six flagship Sephora stores. A key challenge of this project was finding a single solution that would work within the dimensions of the various store windows. After the design had been approved the creation of the tech package for construction and installation was important to insure the windows came out as expected. Details:

Nissan Commercial Vehicles Strategy, Book Design Tech

Nissan Commercial Vehicles Pitch

Design and strategy for Nissan Commercial Vehicles RFP for trade show build and services. Critically this was the US launch of the brand, new in the highly competitive commercial vehicle market.

Nissan North America was a client of GPJ, the program director knew our auto show work and expressed concern about our ability to differentiate the NCV brand from the Nissan automotive brand. It was key that we presented design and strategy to Nissan Commercial Vehicles that was markedly different than the Nissan auto show.

To support the strategy the creative team created detailed visualizations of the proposed trade shows, sample graphics, and interactive experiences.
